The main goal of this project is to scrutinize hardware GNSS receivers’ performances in challenging multipath-prone environments under controlled conditions. The specific focus of this project part is to demonstrate the superiority of the high-resolution algorithms for the extraction of multipath components over traditional methods (SAGE, RIMAX). Furthermore, multipath component parameters are extracted from measured data with this algorithm for verifying the correctness of the developed multipath channel model utilized in a signal emulator, which in turn is used to analyze the performance of GNSS receivers.
