We are looking for an experienced web designer for one year

• flexible time-management
• possible in addition to your studies
• Migration from CMS to static site generator (SSG)
• User Interface Design
• Web Site Graphical Design
• A follow-up contract is might be possible e.g. as a Linux system administrator

We can offer you:

• Payment: 1000,80 EUR (based on 20hrs/week)
• Infrastructure (office at Inffeldgasse 16c/EG)
• Flexible work schedule
• We support that you continue your studies

Requirements:

• Experience with SSG
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn
• Experience handling Debian-based Linux systems
• Scripting (Bash, Python, Perl…)
• Self-organized working style

Tasks:

• A suitable substitute for the institute website should be implemented. Preference is given to a solution by means of SSG and GIT, that is usable for over a long period of time.
• Development of a well-designed framework of templates that supports the current functionality of our CMS www.spsc.tugraz.at. Since many content providers (scientists,lecturers ) are only occasionally using this system, a flat learning curve to use the system is required.
• Transfering the content of the current website to the new system.
• Implementation and maintenance of the INTERSPEECH 2019 Website.
