Kurzfassung

Schall definiert sich nicht nur über Druck und Dichteschwankung, welche sich in einem elastischen Medium als Welle ausbreiten, er ist auch ein ständiger Wegbegleiter und die Grundlage für Kommunikation, Orientierung sowie viele weitere Bereiche des Lebens. Überschreitet er ein gewisses Maß an Intensität oder Dauer, so wird dieser jedoch als Lärm empfunden und wirkt entsprechend als psychische sowie physische Belastung.
Gerade im Arbeitsbereich bewirkt Lärm eine Minderung der Leistungsfähigkeit und kann sich in weiterer Folge sogar negativ auf die Gesundheit auswirken. Nicht nur Produktionshallen oder Siedlungsgebiete, auch Bildungseinrichtungen sind von dieser Problematik betroffen. Klassenräume die vor dem 2.Weltkrieg errichtet wurden, weisen oftmals eine schlechte Akustik auf und erschweren somit den Unterricht erheblich. Studien bestätigen diese Problematik, sodass die akustische Sanierung dieser Räume zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnt.
Vor allem die Kosten einer Sanierung durch Fachbetriebe sind häufig eine große Hürde für die Realisierung einer akustischen Sanierung. Fokus dieser Diplomarbeit ist es daher, diese Thematik für Laien aufzubereiten sowie ein Modul zu entwickeln, das die selbständige Durchführung einer kostengünstigen Sanierung ermöglicht.
Im speziell dafür erarbeiteten Leitfaden wird ein grundlegendes Verständnis für die zu messenden Parameter und der dafür nötigen technischen Mittel sowie deren Bedienung vermittelt, sodass eine selbständige Messung der akustischen Raumparameter möglich ist. Des Weiteren bietet ein eigens erstelltes Simulationstool die Möglichkeit, die Messdaten normgerecht auszuwerten und zu visualisieren, in welchem Bereich der Norm sich die akustischen Messergebnisse befinden und welche Verbesserung durch eine entsprechende Sanierung erzielt werden kann. Hierzu werden hinsichtlich Aufwand und Kosten unterschiedliche Sanierungsformen erarbeitet, sodass der Benutzer zwischen mehreren, dem Messergebnis sowie den Rahmenbedingungen entsprechenden Varianten, wählen kann. Um diverse Behördengänge zu erleichtern, werden ebenso baurechtliche sowie finanzielle Aspekte näher beleuchtet und ein entsprechendes Präsentationsmaterial für Sponsoren erarbeitet.

Abstract

Sound is more than a compression and density variation which broadens as a wave in an elastic media, it´s an important daily attendant and essential for communication, orientation as well as for many further parts in life. If it exceeds a certain limit of intension or duration, it is perceived as noise and therefore affects a physical and psychic exposure.
Especially at work noise causes a decrease of achievement potential and can even influence health. Not only big production halls or cities in general, also institutions of education are affected by this problem. Class rooms from the first half of the 20th century often exhibit a bad acoustic behavior and therefore make it rather difficult to accomplish lessons. Several case studies verify the danger and therefore push the topic.
The costs are the main barrier of acoustic reconstruction. To remove them, a module is developed in this diploma thesis that enables an independent and easy execution to layperson.
The guide that was specially developed for this comprises the basic facts of the technical instruments and their appliance to achieve the needed acoustic parameters so that the measurement can be done easily. Moreover a special simulation tool that was developed for this purpose offers the possibility to process the measured data and to show the relation to standards and the possibilities to improve the acoustic parameters. Different improvement solutions concerning costs and effort are developed so that the user can choose one of the appropriate solutions that fits to the measurement as well as to the basic conditions. Planning laws and questions concerning the financial part of the project are treated as well as a presentation program for sponsors and public authorities.
